Our Services

Roofing Services Built for Colorado Homes

For 25+ years, homeowners across the Denver area have trusted Elite’s family-owned team for roofs that endure Colorado’s toughest weather. We bring decades of combined experience to every project, delivering residential roofing systems built to protect your home for decades while enhancing its curb appeal.

GAF Asphalt Shingle Roofing

GAF shingles are a top choice in Denver Metro for efficiency, style, and long-lasting value. They insulate against heat and cold, come in a wide range of colors and textures, and with over 130 years of history, they’re proven to last. As Master Elite® installers, we also offer enhanced warranty coverage.

Owens Corning Asphalt Shingle Roofing

Owens Corning shingles combine bold color, dimensional texture, and strength. They offer wind resistance, Class A fire protection, Class 3 impact resistance, SureNail grip for snowy weather, and StreakGuard algae protection to keep roofs looking great.

Malarkey Asphalt Shingle Roofing

Malarkey shingles are up to 22% thicker than standard asphalt, giving extra durability and hail resistance with Class 3 and 4 ratings. Rubberized polymer adds strength, warranties cover winds up to 110 MPH, and algae-resistant granules keep shingles clean and vibrant.

Tile Roofing

Elite installs six types of tile roofing, from moderate to high-end. Options include cement tiles lasting 30–50 years, Boral clay, concrete, and stone-coated steel, and Decra stone-coated steel in Spanish or Mediterranean styles—all built for beauty and longevity.

Metal Roofing

Modern metal roofing is strong, quiet, and built to last 40–50+ years. Options like stone-coated steel and corrugated metal withstand hail, while coatings reduce noise. With many color choices, metal offers both durability and curb appeal.

Home & Barn Project

Elite was contacted for a complicated re-roof on a steep slope (12/12) using Malarkey Windsor Shingles with new gutters. Prior roofers had installed shingles incorrectly in a high wind area, with shingles missing and bent on the face of the home and barn, requiring special attention to safety and materials handling.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a roofing project cost?

The price for your roof replacement will depend on several factors, including the manufacturer, materials, roof size and type, roofing style, and on-site conditions. For example, tile on a large, steep roof will be more expensive than a standard asphalt shingle roof. The good news is that we walk you through pricing step by step, selection by selection, for no bad surprises.

Will you help choose the best roofing material?

Absolutely! That’s the main focus of your project consultant. Their job is to get the hard data on your home (square footage of your roof, roof slope, etc.), then work with you to choose the highest-quality materials and style within your budget.

Will a permit be required?

Yes, a permit is required for a complete roof replacement. Not to worry; our experienced team will make the entire process go smoothly. That said, if all that ends up being required are some small repairs, we can do those without a permit.

How do I know if I need a new roof?

This is an important question for people in Denver, where our rough weather is brutal on our roofs. First, consider the age of your roof. Is it over 10 years old? If so, it’s time to start planning for replacement. On the other hand, if you’re dealing with weather damage, we’ll perform a free inspection and take care of you!
